This Baylor University freshman is already one of the best in the college game. Check out an espn youtube special about her, including her 360 dunk. Guys, take notice. If Nice Kicks says it's true...

First of all, Nicekicks.com is reporting that my favorite Jordan of all time, the "cool grey" Air Jordan 11, is being retro'ed for Holiday '10. Sweeeeet. They sourced it to Korea's itsshoestime blog.

In other big news from nicekicks, they're opening a real brick-and-mortar Nice Kicks store in Austin, TX! Congratulations guys! That's HUGE. Trust that lots of serious female sneaker fiends will be there... The grand opening, for folks anywhere nearby, is February 27th.

Bape Bapesta "Single Color" Pack

A Bathing Ape, the original leader in bright multi-color kicks, is joining the single color trend with 3 nice colorways for the Bapesta. Each pair is coming in a solid color, red, green or blue, including the logo on white laces.

Roll up Your Sleeves!

London based brand Not Bad for a Girl is back and bringing it for the 010. Their new Rose Script tee is available in two colorways: red & yellow and black & white. This is the first release from NBFG with the roll up sleeve revealing the NBFG monogram print. These are a limited edition and are only available at NBFG shop.

Nike Eggplant Foamposite 2010

It is confirmed. The Eggplant Foamposites are re-releasing sometime in March of 2010. Copper foamposites are set to release February 13. Which one are you getting? Just one or both?

Cement 3's

Confirmation and buzz has been flying around the net for the Air Jordan Retro white/cement grey 3's. These shoes are a Grail amongst many sneaker heads. Jordan wore these in the 1988 slam dunk competitions. He went head to head with Dominique Wilkins, but in the end Jordan came out on top. It has been rumored that these 3s will come out in a pack with the 2's. I'm guessing these will probably be around during the holiday season. Jordan really has a treat for the collectors!

Converse Slim Hi - from Schuh

Sneaker retailers Schuh have caught my eye with this great new variation of the classic Converse Chuck Taylor hitop, in my opinion. The slimline profile of these looks great, I think, and I'm really feeling them in that colourway. I'll be getting these, for sure, but they may not please the true Converse purist. What do you think?

Laker 6's

When I first saw the pair of laker 6's on marqueesole I was blown away. I am a huge Laker fan and an even bigger Jordan fan. Jordan has a lot of heat coming out this year. I've seen a huge increase in craigslists ads with people selling some great heat just to make way for the new year. Same thing happened with the Space Jams. During Christmas time, I saw a lot of heat on craigslist, ebay, iss, and niketalk for example the 11/12CDP pack. Before a major release it seems like people like to get rid of their heat for cheap. But yea, back to the post. Laker 6's have 3m on them with yellow and purple stitching. Many people are on the fence about these, but Jordan Brand is coming out with so much heat this year they are sure to please.

I've read people likening the design to the Yeezy but the colourway kinda reminds me of NERDS.

UNDFTD x Converse Poorman Weapon out Friday

I love these! I loved the original Converse x undftd collab from a year ago, I liked the olive ones from last Spring even better, and these ones are just as on point. A cool plus this time is you can match 'em with a new bomber jacket and "flight helmet bag"...if you want. I just want the kicks!

Today, I hit up one of my favourite blogs, Kanye's blog and he's actually discouraging people from purchasing the black jesus piece. Now, with all due respect, I'm a huge fan of Kanye's and if you've ever been to my blog, you'd see that I never post anything negative about anything or anyone, thats not my lane. With that being said, I think it's wrong for Kanye to discourage people from purchasing something that is creative, dope and for others, a resemblance of christ which holds the same value as a cross. Jesus pieces are not trademarked, copyrighted or patented by anyone, therefore, trying to discourage people from buying a product that is provided by ambitious people that are not discrediting Kanye in any kind of way, but just trying to create something people love, want and respect, is wrong. We don't need anyone to tell us what to buy or not to buy, especially if the product is not fraudulent. We all can't afford expensive black diamond Jesus pieces and if this is our way of holding and owning a similar product, we do have the right to do so. Just to let y'all know, this piece created a huge buzz and it was a successful sell by the way they sold out the first 48 hours but

Chicago 10s: 2010?

I remember seeing a dude wear these sneakers. I think I was 9, and they broke necks. These highly anticipated shoes are rumored to release sometime in 2010. The last time these shoes came out were in 1995, and they were the original Chicago 10's. Jordan enthusiast await the arrival of these. Heat!

Recently rumors have been spreading about Cool Grey's and Concord 11's dropping this year. For many, these shoes are on top of the holy grail list. A lot of Jordan collectors would like to see these drop. Jordan heads seek fresh pairs with icey soles. Look forward to maybe seeing these Fall 2010.

Nike Valentines Blazer

I never go in for Valentines kicks, mostly cuz I think they're usually so cheesy. Patent pink? Hearts on the tongue? It's just not me. But these blazers are understated and classy in my opinion. I like the plaid and the subtle colorway, and even the patent toe. Cheers to the team from the Women's Urban Line for breaking the mold!

Making Your Sneaker Passion Permanent?

A couple years ago when I was big into Myspace and used to creep on random people, I came across pictures of this dude who had a pretty bold tattoo. He had thee 1 and only SWOOSH tatted on the side of his foot. Homeboy even had a Paypal account set up and frequently asked for donations to further fuel his sneaker addiction.
